The Central Hotel & Conference Center will host brunch in the magnificent Central Ballroom on Sunday, May 8, 2011.  The event will feature an extravagant spread of culinary delights including stations that feature: Pineapple Glazed  Ham, Apricot Chicken, Flounder Florentine, Prime Rib, Herb Crusted Roast Pork.  Many desserts like: Cherries Jubilee, gourmet pies, chocolate fondue, mini eclairs, and assorted cakes will be featured!
